Dr. Ikilai Isaac is an academic and pastoral leader with expertise in missiology, leadership, and education. He holds a Ph.D. in Missiology, a Master of Theology, and a Master of Divinity from Kosin University in South Korea, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Kumi University. Currently serving as the Director of the School of Postgraduate Studies at Kumi University, he provides academic leadership, staff supervision, and student mentorship. With nearly a decade of pastoral ministry in South Korea, he has extensive experience in preaching, counseling, evangelism, and cross-cultural ministry. Dr. Ikilai is passionate about nurturing excellence in postgraduate education and equipping graduates for transformational leadership in their communities.
Mr. Elubu Joseph is an ICT professional, researcher, and academic passionate about advancing technology for education and community transformation. He holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Uganda Martyrs University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Kumi University. Currently serving as the Head of the Department of Information Technology at Kumi University, he has led key initiatives in digital transformation, including e-learning systems, institutional repositories, and network infrastructure. His research focuses on the Internet of Things (IoT), particularly in developing intelligent and sustainable smart systems. Beyond teaching and curriculum development, Joseph mentors students in innovation and is actively engaged in projects that align with Kumi University’s vision of excellence and impact.
Otala Abraham is a seasoned academic administrator and IT professional with extensive experience in higher education, student records management, and IT systems. He holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology Management from the Islamic University in Uganda and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Kumi University. Since 2023, he has served as Assistant Academic Registrar in charge of Admissions at Kumi University, overseeing the student admissions process, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining admission data, and coordinating with academic departments. Previously, he managed student records and ERP systems as Administrative Assistant in charge of ERP Records (2018–2022), and has held roles as a lecturer, tutor, enrollment officer, and IT support technician, gaining expertise in data management, ICT instruction, biometric enrollment, and IT maintenance. Abraham has also completed trainings including the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) and NITA electoral support training, and is recognized for his commitment to academic excellence, technical expertise, and Christian values.
