Since the launch of the J Cafeteria on Monday 8th September 2025 (inspired by John 6:35 – “I am the Bread of Life”), students at Kumi University have been enjoying wholesome and delicious meals at only UGX 1,000(subsidised). This blessing has greatly eased their daily campus life, providing affordable nourishment that not only strengthens their bodies but also enhances their focus on academics.
The cafeteria has quickly grown into more than just a dining space—it has become a hub of community, fellowship, and encouragement. True to its theme verse, John 6:35, it serves as a reminder that God’s provision sustains both body and spirit. This initiative perfectly aligns with our Vice Chancellor’s mission of fostering an all-round student: Healthy Body, Healthy Mind.
