New Students to report from 15th February, 2021.
NOTICE TO STAFF AND STUDENTS
In reference to the Communications dated 27th January, 2021 from National Council of Higher Education (NCHE), Uganda Media Centre dated 1st February, 2021, and Presidential Address dated 4th February, 2021 instructing all Higher Education Institutions to operate and continue studying using the O’Del System.
The purpose of this circular, therefore is to inform all staff and students that the senate meeting held on 5th February,2021 approved for the university to embrace a blended teaching and learning approach with the O’Del System and will re-open effectively as follows:-
- For New Students the reporting date will be 15th February, 2021.
- The Continuing Students will report on 22th February.
However, all students should note that fees payment policy is that;-
All fees are payable at the commencement of the semester which is recommendable,
However
- First 50% installment of both functional fees and tuition are paid on reporting along with the central registration,
- The second 50% balance is to be paid two weeks before the commencement of examinations.
NB: The University Calendar will embrace all the activities to be covered within the respective semesters for the New and Continuous students.
